Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) [India], Mar 19 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha
(BJYM) activists on Tuesday protested against Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath’s move to impart 90-day skilling training programme for the youths for some gainful engagements.
BJYM activists paraded cattle on the road and demanded ‘relevant’ job opportunities for the youths. “We have launched the protest to ask the Chief Minister if he wishes his son Nakul Nath to undergo 90-day skill development training programme,” said protesting BJYM activists.
“The youths who want to pursue technical training are being referred to Kaushal Vikas Kendras where they are being provided training for tailoring and running beauty parlours. This cannot be tolerated,” they said.
Mukhyamantri Yuva Swabhimaan (MYS) scheme aims at providing 90-day long skill development training to youths in the state in as many as 43 fields including tailoring, playing music at weddings, and dairy. (ANI)
